Confidentiality Agreement:

As a volunteer of Hands On Bay Area you may have access to confidential information including client, financial or business information obtained through your association with us.  The purpose of this agreement is to help you understand your personal obligation regarding confidential information.

For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall mean information or material proprietary to Hands On Bay Area or designated as Confidential Information by Hands On Bay Area and not generally known other than by Hands On Bay Area� employees, which you receive, have knowledge of or access to, develop or create through or as a result of your work for Hands On Bay Area.

As a condition of and in consideration of my access to Confidential Information, I agree to the following:

I will not access confidential information unless I have a legitimate need to know the information and I am an authorized user. 
I agree during my work for Hands On Bay Area and thereafter to hold in confidence and not to directly or indirectly reveal, report, publish, disclose, transfer, alter or destroy any of the Confidential Information to any person or entity, or utilize any of the Confidential Information for any purpose, except in the course of my work for Hands On Bay Area. 
 
 
If I have knowledge of unauthorized access or divulgence of confidential information, I will report it immediately to my Hands On Bay Area supervisor. 
I understand that all notes, data, reference materials, memoranda, documentation and records in any way incorporating or reflecting any of the Confidential Information shall belong exclusively to Hands On Bay Area, and that I will turn over all copies of such materials under my control to Hands On Bay Area upon request or upon termination of my work for Hands On Bay Area. 
I agree to abide by this agreement and all other Hands On Bay Area policies, rules and regulations.
